Cannot load COM module for device when connecting DC2365A to DC590B

Question

I connected DC590B board to Demo circuit 2365A-B. 
 I saw "Found Device LTC2357-18 Click Open to begin" on QuikEval K117 
 There is an error appear: "Cannot load COM module for device"

Hi, I saw these links, this might help you somehow. Though can't search for the missing .msi file. We'll contact the product owner to help you on this. But if you can try to uninstall and re-install the latest QuikEval software then that would be great.
