Is EVAL-AD7124-4 also compatible with EVAL-SDP-CS1Z?

If you mean the Eval+ software, then the answer is yes it is only compatible for SDP-B. You need to modify the code in order to operate it with SDP-S however we do not usually provide the eval software code so you can only used available c code driver as a starting point.

SDP-S has limited capability vs SDP-B. it only provides a subset of the capabilities of SDP-B such as SPI, I2C and GPIO communication lines, other peripherals pins on SDP-B are unsupported on the SDP-S connector.
