If you encounter a Data Collection Timeout issue when using DC2222A-X (LTC2500-32, LTC2508-32, LTC2512-24) with PScope, be advised that there is currently an issue with the FTDI driver used to communicate with the DC890B. FTDI released a driver in July of 2021 that is incompatible with our software. This driver can be automatically updated to your computer through Windows.
