Data Collection Timeout Problem using DC2222A with PScope

Question

If you encounter a Data Collection Timeout issue when using DC2222A-X (LTC2500-32, LTC2508-32, LTC2512-24) with PScope, be advised that there is currently an issue with the FTDI driver used to communicate with the DC890B. FTDI released a driver in July of 2021 that is incompatible with our software. This driver can be automatically updated to your computer through Windows. 
 The link below describes how to uninstall this update and load an earlier version of the driver.

 Using DC2222A with QuikEval is not affected by this problem.
