I am thinking of using 15V to make 5V for VDD of ADC, 15V is from ACDC converter.

I'm not sure if there is PSRR data available for this. 

We do not usually recommend a switching regulator to supply precision ADCs as it may introduce switching noise. We usually used an LDO following the switching regulator. However, if this is not suitable for you. I would recommend to ask Q&A - Power By Linear - EngineerZone (analog.com) community as someone there can better assist you.

I found some Legacy ADI products provided with PSRR data, but this Legacy LTC has no data.

As you said, LDOs are suitable for ADCs.
