About the temperature characteristics of AD654

Hello 
 I have a question regarding the AD654. 
 
 Please tell me the temperature dependence of the following items of ANALOG INPUT AMPLIFIER. ・ Input Bias Current 30 nA (typ) temperature dependence (xxx ppm / ℃) ・ Input Offset Current 5 nA (typ) temperature dependence (xxx ppm / ℃) 
 I would be grateful if you could reply.

Hi, 
 Looking at the datasheet I am not sure if we have such available data. However, may I know why do you need such info? 
 I was thinking that the offset drift might be more relevant or significant than these.
