                            You need to fill out a request at the website below and fill out a request for the foot print. Per the attached the files doesn't exist so you need to request it. It will be in the form of .bxl. The ultra librarian reader will allow you to convert it to the desired format. I have no insight into the ultra librarian reader issue you speak of.  Use the contact us link below to address this issue.
