The SPI interface is used for configuring the ADCs and the parallel interface for data output, AD7134 supports daisy chain for its data output. Please see Daisy-Chaining section (Page 61) of the https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ad7134.pdf for more details.
I am not sure if daisy chaining the SPI interface is possible, but I think sharing SPI interface is possible but you just need to use separate /CS line for each devices and configure each devices at a time.
