I used the EVAL-AD5940 BIOZ to measure a Z Test board with the same impedance settings for 4-wire and 2-wire. The Firmware used at this time was downloaded from the following;

For 4-wire measurement, the one in the AD5940_BIA holder was used, and for 2-wire measurement, the one in the AD5940_BIOZ-2 Wire holder was used.
I expected the measurement results to be almost the same, but the result of 4-wire was the same as the setting of Z board, but the result of 2-wire was completely different. It seems that there is a bug in the Firmware for 2-wire when you think about it normally, but does this Firmware work properly?
Probably the two-wire measurement is not done correctly, because the measurement results alternated between different values.
How can I fix the Firmware for 2-wire measurement?
