    Dear Analog Devices, 
    

    I am using the evaluation board for AD7708 1BEBZ and running into some issues. When I start the evaluation board program software, I encounter an error message with error code 48, file missing parllio. I am using a USB to parallel port cable because my computer does not have a parallel port. Do I need a driver to connect from my USB port to board even when I have a cable? Is there a USB adapter board with driver for the AD708 evaluation board?

      Hi, 
      

      This is a very old part. The software will only work with a very old Windows version (i.e. runs under Windows ME 2000 NT). May I know if what windows did you used?
      

      May I know what is your application and specific requirementsI would also recommend to use our newest ADCs such as AD7124 that would have all of the building blocks with more advanced features. The evaluation software uses USB connector will also work up to windows 10.
