Abnormal Analysis Value on EV-AD7609, AD7609EDZ

I tested DC 10Vinput for AD7609 with same condition on EV-Board

Normal case CH 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 on EV-AD7609

But CH8 has abnormal Analysis Vaule and has more offset than normal case CH.

And I attached screen captured of GUI.

Please check why the result value is different only in 8 channels.

    Hello Ryan,

    From the screen shots it looks like you are indeed saturating the ADC? So, is it a matter of offset or gain? 

    How would it look if applied say 0V or 9V.

    Hi Ryan,

    From your table, first column it seems no offset error on any channel.

    From your table, last coulmn, it seems like 3mV Positive Full Scale mismatch, in LSBs that is 19 LSBs? That looks to be within the 80LSBs maximum specification, isn´t it?

    Hi Ryan,

    It looks like you are so close to the FS that it saturating and most of the samples for on the last bin as a result. You would get a better picture if you test all channels at say 9.5V.
