AD7124-4 Channel definition

Hello,

Can you please tell me what will happen if two successive channels are selected to be same?

For example: If I define Ch0 as AIN0-AIN1 and Ch1 again as AIN0-AIN1.

I can not immagine what happens to the multiplexer. My experiment tells me that the second channel has zero answer (may be the hold capacitor is switched off)

But it would be very nice if you can tell me more description. how do you think about it?

    Hi, 

    There should not be an issue configuring the ADC that way. Well both channels will just convert the ADC input to AIN0-AIN1 starting from the lowest channel and they should have similar results assuming that both CH0 and CH1 are enabled and uses the same setup configuration.
