AD7402 About internal block Diagram

Question

Hi, 
 I have a question about AD7402. 
 I would appreciate it if you could give me an answer. 
 
 In evaluating the AD7402 I want to understand the internal structure and learn the principle of conversion. 
 
 A similar product from Texas Instruments is the AMC1303. The internal structure is open to the public here.

It can be as simple as this figure, Can you tell me? 
 I checked the data sheet of AD7402, but There was no page about the internal structure.

Hi, 
 Apologies for missing this item. Most of the sigma delta ADCs have similar architecture which is based from your above block diagram. Usually basic blocks consists of 2nd order modulator. However we have a simple 1 order modulator simulator to help you understand how it works. The same principle should apply to any Sigma delta ADCs.
