Good Morning, I am getting in touch with you since we have recently acquired two demo circuits, in this case it would be the 890B model and the LTC2321 CUFD-16 ADC (1996A-B).Following your instruction manual, we inject a sinusoidal signal of 10MHz and 2.5Vpp as clock signal to input J1, on the other hand, we inject another sinusoidal signal of 5MHz and 2Vpp in input J4.Using PScope, the configuration we are using is the one you can see in the attached image:
We press the "collect" button and it throws us the error "please clock is on and verify Msps is set correctly.", And we cannot show the signal to be analyzed. Could you tell me what we are not doing correctly?

The clock frequency of 10MHz will result in a sample rate of .312MHz (clock divided by 32 = sample rate). You are telling PScope the sample rate is 2MHz and PScope will time out if it sees a sample rate much lower than it is told. Increae the clock frequency to 64MHz or decrease the sample rate in PScope to 0.312MHz. Also it looks like you tried to manually configure PScope. Under the File menu click on clear settings to remove manual configuration or go back into the ADC config menu and udo the changes you have made.
