I am developing the R/D converter to use the resolver.
So, I am using the AD2S1200 12-bit R/D converter from ANALOG DEVICES.
During an experiment, I find a strange point.
EXC outputs voltage from AD2S1200 is not same as datasheet.
AD2S1200 which I am using has the EXC voltage, 4.5 Vp-p.
But, the datasheet is written “EXC voltages must be 3.34 ~ 3.83 Vp-p” page 4.
I have a question that why is the experiment value different from the datasheet value?

The op-amp in the CN-0192, the AD8662, is specified to +16V and should therefore meet your requirements of +15V.
The recommended buffer circuit supplied in the previous post has been used by several customers and is the buffer circuit on the evaluation board for the AD2S1210. The AD2S1200 has a slightly different buffer circuit but the principles are the same. There are no known issues or concerns with this type of circuit and you should have no problem to use the same.
If you prefer to implement your own buffer circuit that is of course no problem but the circuits in the datasheets are what we recommend.
