Need help to find out 3.3V, 12-bit, bipolar input (+/-10V range) ADC

Hello All,

I am looking for an ADC with the below features:

Bipolar input (+/-10V range)

12-bit resolution

100 KHz sampling rate

10 microsec throughput speed

and most importantly it should operate on a single 3.3V

  In the existing design, the ADC used is ADS7808 which operates on single 5V supply. But in my new design, I want to use the 3.3V technology only. I also have +/-15V supplies on the board.

I am not able to find the ADC's which can operate on 3.3V and support bipolar input range of +/-10V with any manufacturers. Is it possible to design in such away?

 

Please help me in finding the suitable ADC for my new design.

    HI Kiran,

    Sorry for the delay in my reply.

    In relation to the ADC. The AD7321 is a relatively new ADC so should be available for the 10 year life time that you have mentioned above. In terms of a second source the AD7322 is pin compatible and functionally compatible.

    I have asked my applications colleague to comment on you DAC questions.
