I'm using an AD7608. The data sheet specifies 27 mA as the maximum current consumption. Does anyone know how this is split between the AVCC supply and the VDRIVE supply?

Roughly 5 mA is attributed to Vdrive current. However this Vdrive current is dependent on the load conditions and the rate of change of the data output pins. So when designing for Vdrive you should guard band the 5 mA figure to cater for when the ADC is driving out a case where each alternative bit is swapped.
do the 5mA depend on the voltage value or is this more like a generally valid value?
In my application Vdrive is supplied with 3.3V ... which value can i assume for Idrive in this case?
