    Hi there,
    
 
    I have a question about the isolated-ADC
    
 
    Currently AMC1305Mx(CMOS) is used on the board.
    
 
    It looks like AD7401A is pin-compatible with it.
    
 
    Are there any concerens when we will replace AMC1305Mx with AD7401A?
    
 
    I noticed that pin1 is a bit dirrerent...
    
 
    Do you think if it's okay that Pin1 of AD7401A is left unconectted?

           I am not sure on what board are you describing and I am not familiar with the AMC1305Mx, maybe you can ask the manufacturer about the part.
      
 
           I would recommend the AD7401A if this part fits your application and you may also want to check the AD7403, the next generation of AD7401.
