I am DFAE in Israel.
One of my customers uses the AD7606-6.
During the ESD test, a part on the qualification process for their product, 5V turns off for a few seconds. The 3.3V stays stable.
After stabilization of 5V, the ADC stuck, stops the conversion process and does not respond to SPI interface.
The action that couses to the ADC to continue to the propper functionality is power down of the system.
Is this a correct response of the ADC?
How can we couse the ADC to continue functioning poperly after turning off and turning on just 5V supply:
3.3V is staying stable.

Do I understand that AVCC (5V) is being turned off while VDRIVE (3.3V) is kept on? This FAQ may be of help to you. We do not guarantee performance outside of the stated datasheet conditions.
