Generating common mode voltage for AD779x

Hello,

I am asking advice in the following issue.

I want to sample the output of a ADA4530-1 ( TIA configuration ) with an AD7793 ADC.

Since I want to use the internal INA of the AD7793 I need to bias the input to shift it to an

acceptable common mode range.

So far I have used an THS4521 differential amplifier to generate a biased common voltage

signal but I was wondering if there is a better way to accomplish this _without_ the use of an extra opamp.

If a single-to-differential opamp is required, what would be the best choice for a precision, low bandwidth

part from ADI. ( ADA4941-1 ? )

Thank you very much!
Peter

  • Hi,

Regarding the selection of single to differential amplifier, I think someone from the ADC Drivers community might be able to help you. However, can you provide us more details regarding your target application? May I know also what is your input range and what supply voltage you want to operate? If you could also send us the schematic diagram, it would be great.

    Thanks,
