ADAS3023 - power supply sequencing

I have a question about power supply sequence ADAS3023.
The data sheet has an order, and the time condition is not written.
Is the following sequence safe?

 

The whole is a single power supply system. It is designed to be powered all at once.
± 15 V => (VDDH, VSSH) => 5 V LDO => AVDD => 20 Ω => DVDD => VIO

    Hi Mochi,

    Highly recommend to follow the ideal sequence.In the timing sequence the VIO is applied prior DVDD.To ensure digital  control logic active first and to the state when the conversion happens, it will be possible that the part will not be responsive. also VSSH is applied earlier in the system as to ensure the part is properly biased. In a case of power supply constraints , I'd recommended to adhere the alternative sequence as shown in the datasheet page24.
