A/D Chip selection help

Question

Hi: 
 I need to sample the analog output of TCD1304，the ouput frequency is (Typ 0.5MHz，Max 1MHz)，and the voltage is 1.5v ~ 3.5v. 
 The ADC resolution i need is 16Bits. But i don't know how to determine the sample rate. Please help me.

Hi EricCho, 
 Here some ADCs that you may want to consider in your design. I have chosen these ADCs because of their high sampling rate that is suitable to your input frequency and voltage range. the links refer directly to the datasheet of the product that you can check directly the specification parameters. 
 AD7626 - 16 bit 10MSPS 
 AD7625 - 16 bit 6MSPS 
 AD7961 - 16 bit 5MSPS 
 AD7960 - 18bit 5MSPS 
 LTC2323-16 - 16bit 5MSPS 
 LTC2385-16 - 16bit 5MSPS

Hi EricCho, 
 According to Nyquist theory, the sampling rate should be at least twice the input frequency. Here are some of the articles that best explains about sampling. MT-002 and AN-282 . The ADCs I have mentioned have tested the performance in different conditions in specified input frequency. Like the SNR for example, they were specified to use Fin = 2.4Mhz for AD7626 at 89dBFS.
