AD2S90 RDC SPI data output with angle changed 180 deg to 0 deg

Hello, 
 AD2S90 RDC SPI data output was not changing when the reference, sine and cosine phase angles changed from 180 deg to 0 deg. Please check the screenshots below. 
 1. When reference, sine and cosine phase angles are at 0 degree, SPI data output as "0000 0000 0000". It was working 
 
 2. When reference, sine and cosine phase angles are at 180 degree, SPI data output as "1000 0000 0000". It was working 
 
 3. When reference, sine and cosine phase angles are at 0 degree (changed from 180 degree to 0 degree), SPI data output as "1000 0000 0000". It was not working. 
 
 Any suggestions?
