Thank you for your reading.I'd like to use ADAU1772 and AD7193 on our new product, but I can't find the spice model of them,so our simulation process can't continue which makes me difficult to graduate.Could you please give us the spice model of them or tell me some method on how to solve this problem? What's more,I have downloaded the IBIS model of ADAU1772,but I don't know how to use this model for simulation in ADIsimPE,could you please give me some tips on how to use it?I need to get an available model for simulation. And I have tried to transfer IBIS model to spice model in cadence, unfortunately, I failed, the software always tells me the model is invalid. At present,I don't know how to solve it? Could you please give me some help?
I'm going to move this over into the Design Tools forum, where they should be able to assist you better. Typically you will not find SPICE models for ADCs or Codecs.
What about the ADAU1772 and AD7193 are you trying to simulate?
I'm not aware of any SPICE models for the ADAU1772 or AD7193.
If you are interested, you can visit Virtual Eval for a behavioral model of the AD7193.
Thank you very much!
By the way,I'd like to know if we can't get the IC's spice model, can I just use the circuit on the datasheet for our product?
Thank you for your help.
I'd like to design the peripheral circuit of ADAU1772 and AD7193 such as capacitance and resistance. Simulation process is just a method for me to make sure whether our design works or not. I am afraid if my design doesn't work or has some problem on impedance matching.
I'm going to move this question to the Precision ADCs community, so you can get an answer from the experts.
