Hi,
I made some study for AD7321 for a while and I thought this chip could meet our requirement. But when I tried to purchase the evaluation board to perform a further evaluation, the system said that EVAL-AD7321 was not recommended for new designs and recommended EVAL-AD7327 for the new design.
I was wondering the recommendation is just for the evaluation boards or also including the chips? What's the difference between AD7321 and AD7327 except for the channels? Can I rely on the evaluation result from EVAL-AD7327 to make a decision that whether AD7321 is good for my application? My application only needs one input channel.
