I have one doubt regarding SOE~ pin connection. As in the schematic diagram of EVAL-AD2S1210SDZ board, we have one Link option(LK9) available for SOE~ to enabling and disabling .We were expecting 2-pin burg strip connector for LK9-A and LK9-B but the board we got was already hard soldered to the A option and we want to use other option for our project. Please provide any solution.
Simply move the 0 ohm resistor from position A to position B. This will tie SOEN to ground enabling the serial interface function.
Is your intention to be able to use the customer evaluation software to continue evaluating in serial mode or are you intending to use another controller such as an Arduino Uno, STM32 Nucleo or Rasp Pi?

Actually i am trying to connect SOEN pin to other microcontroller so that in future i can also be able to use parallel interface. The area of LK9 is small. I want two burg pin connectors. What are the other options available?
Does Soldering pins will affect the performance of the board?
Unfortunately you are going to have to remove the resistor from LK9 completely and then wire into the pad connected to the SOEN pin directly. You may want to try isolating the VIO and GND pins with some capton tape or other insulator to avoid shorting.
Toggling SOEn should not result in perturbing the performance of the device as the interface and R2D logic are independent, however the timing related to the interface access from an SOE change is not specified. Depending on your timing requirements we may want to discuss putting a specific timing plan in place to ensure reliable operation.
