Hello,
we would like to use the ADUCM355 respectively the ADC5940 for impedance measurements.
On the datasheet of the ADuCM355 (https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ADuCM355.pdf), on page 1 it is stated that the range for impedance measurement is <1 ohm to 10 megaohms. On page 7, the impedance measurement range is specified to be 0,4 ohms to 10,000 ohms. We would like to perform measurements up to about 1 megaohms at a frequency of 0.02 Hz (20 mHz). Is this measurement feasible either for the ADuCM355 or for the AD5940?
