we are designing a universal LVDT signal conditioner using AD698 for different Frequency LVDT, to control the ad698 oscillator frequency by analog switch ADG1411. the problem is we can not get the exc wave at PIN 2 AND PIN 3. when we move ADG1411 the wave is normal ok, we checked the adg1411 has 170MHz bandwidth, what is the problem?
On first inspection I do not see any issue with how the ADG1411 is connected.
Did you say the system works ok with the ADG1411 removed? what is the propose of the S2C S2D , S2E & S2F switches are these just for testing the setup? what type of switches are they, (ideal switches, mechanical switches)?
yes , as what you said, it works ok when remove adg1411,
and the S2C... S2F are for test only, they are A6H-6101 from omron.
and the capacitors c40 ...c42 are MKS2 series from WIMA.
when we broke the wires connecting to ADG1411 from the capacitors, it works well , and even only i fly only one wire to AGD1411's D or S PIN from capacitor , the voltage of exc PIN2 AND PIN3 of ad698 will be zero.
