Are there IBIS models for AD976A and AD7226?
If not, are there IBIS models with similar I/O characteristics?
AD976A
Not Recommended for New Designs
The AD976 and AD976A are high-speed, low-power 16-bit A/D converters with each operating from a single 5 V supply. The AD976A has a throughput rate of...

Hi,
Apologies for missing this item. I am not sure if it still relevant to you that this question will be answered, However, we are clearing up some open items in our community as others may still find this useful.
In terms of the question, I'm afraid we do not have any available and no plans to have it as both products were old parts and not recommended for new designs.
I would recommend to replace AD976A with LT1606 or AD7663 and replace AD7226 with AD5303/AD5304.
These newer products should have available IBIS models or if not it should have other available tools and simulations.
We have here the list or collection of IBIS simulation models for ADI products. You can also search other related product that'll suit your application.
