I am looking for the equation to get ADC resistance from the AD7124-4 when using a unipolar power supply. On page 4 of CN0381 it gives this version which is for a bipolar supply, but I couldn't find it for unipolar:

I would like to confirm if you mean unipolar mode? The equation is for bipolar differential mode which you can still use a single supply but the ADC can accept a negative differential input voltages and the output coding is offset binary. The bipolar/unipolar option is chosen by programming the bipolar bit in the configuration register. However, if you want the unipolar mode equation where in the ADC accepts only positive differential voltages and coding is straight binary then the equation is as follows.
Rrtd = (Code x Rref)/(2^N x G)
