I am searching for a data aquisition system solution,there are all 64 channels input signal,each signal range is from -5V to 5V,or from 0 to 5V；

That application has many channels. I have no idea on your application, but based from your description I would suggest the AD7616. You can use for of this. The AD7616 is 16 Channel, 16-bit ADC with throughput rate of 1MSPS. Hope this helps. Let us know if you have other questions.
Thanks for your advice.The AD7616 has two SAR ADC，based from its datasheet, for each ADC,when using only one channel,the throughput rate can reach 1Msps.In my opinion,If using the internal multiplexer, the throughput rate may down to 1/8 Msps for each SAR ADC,do you think so? Now，I want to design a 64 channel data aquisition system,for each channel,the expected throughput rate is 1Msps.Would you please suggest one solution? If precision ADC is not suitable for this case, is high speed ADC a good choice?
