Hi,As I did not get any answer to my question from CIC EMEA so far , I will try this way...
I use the LTC2373-16 ADC. In the datasheet it is written that the REFIN pin should be decoupled with a 100nF ceramic capacitor. But in the Eval Board schematic DC2071A there is a 4.7uF capacitor populated. I did the same on my board. Now I see that the piezo effect of this capacitor has quite an effect to the reference voltage. Can you please confirm that a 100nF capacitor is sufficient to decouple the REFIN pin.

The data sheet recommends a 0.1uF ceramic capacitor to bypass REFIN. That is all that should be needed. Perhaps the demoboard was built before the final data sheet recommendations were published.
