I would like to digitally calibrate for static non-linearities and low order nonlinearities in 14 bit SAR ADC converter. It has INL in the range +/-1LSB. Signals of interest are pre-filtered in very low biomedical frequency (0-30Hz). Procedures involved in calibrating are based on spectrally clean sinusoid input signals and look-up table methods. I read these methods in some papers, but I could not find how to do this for this particular low frequency range (0-30Hz). Can someone shed more light on how to actually perform this digital calibration? For example what method to use etc. If someone has practical experience on how this can be achieved?
