    You do not need to actively use the Sync_I signal in your setup.  Sync_I signal is primarily used for multi-device synchronization or system-level alignment. Since you're not synchronizing multiple AD9776A devices or aligning to a system clock, Sync_I can be tied low or left unconnected (if your board design allows floating inputs).
