you can use a standard approach to connecting the AD9783 DAC to the LTC5588.
Note that each DAC output now sees a 50 ohm resistor to groud along with the 100 ohm resistor across the IQ mod inputs. This will reduce the DAC output voltage swing but will not affect the common mode voltage of 0.5V.

I should just use 50 ohm termination on the output of the AD9783 and 100 ohm termination on the differential input of the LTC5588-1, right?
By the way, AN-1413 describes an elliptic filter.
Do you have a design tool?

You can use LTSpice to design your prefer filter. There is also available design tool available at website that you can use (i.e. LC Filter Design Tool).
