Hello, Sorry for the trouble, I fixed the signal by changing the input wires, which the signal looks better now, Ths signals are I and Q  baseband signals. But now i would like to ask is this Eval board DAC useable for lower frequency for like 5MHz to 50 kHz, if so what component should replace in Evalboard,  

Here is the differential I signal of 50 kHz, How can i make this signal smoother. I am using Fclk = 200MHz

I just want to confirm with you the exact part number you are using for testing. It says MAX5878 in your description, but the EVKIT you used does not end with 8. To answer your question, DACs usually don't have a lower frequency limit, so it should be fine for you to use it in that range. Could you double check the waveform you sent into the DAC? Could this be a connection issue?

sorry for typo, its MAX5875 evaluation board, the output circuit has the 1:1 balun ADTL1-12 which spec is 20 -1200MHz, should i remove this component or replace with ADTT1-6+ [0.015 to 100 MHz] balun  ? the hardware connection is ok. I want to test the signal at 50Khz to 10MHz.

I am not familiar with baluns so I can't say for sure if that is the cause. Can you remove any additional output circuits and probe the output of eval board to see if the waveform improves?

I removed the balun for differential to single rf transformer and the signal is better, thank you
