Frequency change speed is determined by the SPI speed and how many SPI writes are needed for frequency change.

AD9175 does not have fast frequency hopping (FFH) feature. You may consider AD9174 or AD9177 but they require export license.

May I ask, what are the advantages of the jesd204b mode? I feel that only the NCO mode can achieve frequency output, and I am not very clear about where the jesd204b mode is applied.

Use of the JESD204B mode is required to synthesize any user-defined complex IQ signal that would originate from the user's DSP core (often embedded into FPGA's) as part of a digital communications system.

NCO mode can be used in applications where the user only needs to generate a CW tone (i.e. sin wave) where its frequency can be varied.    It can also be used for test/debug purposes should user desire to test DAC output interface and subsequent signal chain by generating a simple CW tone.
