AD9175 does not work

Product Number: AD9175

AD9175 is connected to ADS8-V3, and according to the connection method shown in the above figure, I found that AD9175 cannot work properly. The power supplies provided by FMC, such as 12V and 3.3V, are not available. May I ask the reason? My connection diagram is shown below:

Hello, are you able to load the ADS9 FPGA image to the eval board by opening DPG Lite (it should recognize the AD9175 automatically and load the image). I believe the eval board lights will not come on until the ADS9 FPGA image is loaded. You can also try powering the AD9175 directly with a 12V source at the provided test points.
