The square wave signal should be a combination of countless odd harmonics, but the AD9747 will produce even harmonics when the frequency of the square wave is too high.

The oscilloscope observed obvious waveform distortion, and the clutter amplitude in the signal was high, which seriously affected the waveform quality.
