Is there a spec / data on the glitch impulse for the AD9117. In my application, I'm deciding between the AD9707 and the AD9117 and I'd like to know the difference in the glitch impulse between the two ADCs. The AD9707 spec's a glitch impulse of 5pV-s.

Unlikely that factory apps will be able to provide this specification unless they can go back into lab and measure it.
That said...........you may want to consider the MAX5883 family that shows 1pV-s specification for glitch energy with faster settling time to 0.025% accuracy.

Thanks. I was looking at the MAX5874 which also has 1 pV-s glitch and good characteristics (and dual channel is nice). The website lists it a part in production, but when I click on buy now, it says 'last time buy'. What's the status of the MAX5874? And if it is on its way out, is there a recommended replacement part?

After further investigation, the MAX5891 may look like a promising part for your application from a settling time, glitch perspective. Hopefully the INL/DNL (which is typically actually measured in AC domain with a low frequency sine-wave) at 14-bit level is deemed sufficient.
