The output signal of AD9747 has large jitter in amplitude

Category: Hardware
Product Number: AD9747 , AD974

The AD9747 has an input clock of 250MHz, operating mode selected RZ, and unsigned binary input.

The output signal amplitude of the AD9747 is unstable and has serious jitter.

Especially when the signal amplitude is low, the jitter is more obvious.

In addition, there will be a large jump in amplitude after about 20 seconds.

Attached below is the register configuration for the AD9747.

What is the AUXILIARY DACS function of the AD9747, and will it affect the amplitude of the output signal or other aspects? How should it be configured?

Can I provide a recommended register configuration for the AD9747?

The AUX DACs are current output devices with two output pins (AUXP/AUXN) which can be used to either source or sink current. The AUX DACs can be used in removing DC offset and LO feedthrough…
