The DS describes the performance you expect from the device. I was wondering why you need that information.
As part of a space project, I am looking for technology information (CMOS, BiCMOS) on AD9163 device. Depending on this technology, the test protocol is different, the component may or may not be subject to the effects of ELDRS (Enhanced Low Dose Rate Sensitivity)It is 65nm CMOS process.
