DDS Phase offset registers AD9106

Question

AD9106 datasheet indicates registers from 0x40 to 0x043 allow phase control for each DDS output available, but when changing values on those registers phase is not changing at all (I compared with other output withput phase offset). I'm able to configure all other features on the evaluation board, even the cosine version of the DDS, but when trying to configures phase offset registers is not working. In the other hand, if I need to reprogram those phase shift offset registers, can I do it with the pattern enable bit on and trigger enabled? or whats is the correct procedure for changing phase for each DDS outputs?.  Thank you for your interest in AD9106. The DDS Phase offset has a range of 360&deg; and a resolution of 360&deg;/(216 &minus; 1). Are you using AD9106-ARDZ-EBZ with the released mbed code in this link ? can you share your register settings? 
 You can verify by using sample 3. Here's what it looks like when there is uniform start delay: 
 I used DAC2(blue) and DAC3(Yellow here) 
 
 adjusting the phase offset of DAC3(Yellow) by writing 0x7FFE to register 0x41 we get:
