not RoHS compliant D/A converter

Question

Hi, 
 I am thinking of using AD9174 . 
 Looking at the datasheet, there are only RoHS compliant Part. 
 I have to use not RoHS compliant parts,If part is BGA packeage. 
 
 1.Is there a not RoHS compliant version of AD9174? 
 2.Please let me know if there are any D/A converter in a BGA package that is not RoHS compliant and has the same performance.

 1 -The AD9174 is not provided in a non RoHS package. 
 2- The AD9162 is offered in a non RoHS package.
