Questions on how to use LTC1666's I to V convertor OP-AMP

Change the 200ohms resistors to 500ohms. 10mA*500ohms = 5V

In your answer, does 200 ohms mean only RFB resistance?
Or is it 200ohm from U1(LT1812) to GND?
Or is it both resistance?

Both resistors need to be changed.  The LT1812 can run on a single supply, but the LTC1668 cannot.
