link mode of AD9173

No, it is ok to use all the interpolations in single- or dual-link. I just tried this in my setup with the EVB. In Table 13, there is a comma between the single-link and dual-link, which imples a single line... I agree this could be made clearer.

I believe the idea was to show the max DAC rate in some modes, hence the separate line.
