AD9746 SFDR

Hi

I have a couple of questions about AD9746.
Datasheet says that SFDR is 82, 70 and 66 dBc in the individual conditions.
Do these values represent the specifications to 2nd/3rd harmonic distortion or not ?
I wonder if these values represent the specifications to the noise in the Nyquist band.
Please let me know the definition of SFDR in the datasheet of AD9746.

    I have been asked further question from the customer.

    I attach the file of the output spectrum of AD9746 using 245.76MHz clock, which has

    been received from them. As we open the file, we can find some spurious under -90dBc of

    output signal(=70MHz). The customer cannot judge whether these spurious are caused by AD9746

    or the data provided to AD9746.

    Could you share your idea regarding the above ?
