I am unable to even get any 12-bit modes to function on the AD9172. Even using an ADS7-V2EBZ data capture board from AD, in conjunction with ACE and DPGDownloader... I have submitted a tech request but have not heard back for a little over a week now. Should be simple to recreate the problem, as I am using entirely Analog Devices parts/tools. If you can offer any information regarding this problem, or a workaround to append tail bits, I would be very grateful.
By the way, we absolutely require using the 12-bit modes, as our system will run both channels at a sampling frequency of 3.2GHz, which is not achievable using 16-bit modes.
