BASEBAND FILTERS
Bandwidth Full IV 3.36 3.5 3.64 MHz
Could you explain this? What narrow bandwidth can I obtain?
I want to get band from 0 kHz to 300 kHz. Does AD6650 work in this band?
A
The specification that you quote refers to the analogue antialiasing filters.
These are placed between the IQ demodulator and the ADC and are described on
page 16 of the datasheet.
The actual output bandwidth is set in the configuration of the digital filters.
It is optimised for +/-100kHz bandwidth for GSM systems but nothing stops you
from using a wider bandwidth. The CIC filter has a bandwidth of over +/-500kHz
(see figure 22 on page 18) and you can do what you like with the RCF filter.
