LTC2312-12 CONV pin pull-up/down

Question

Hello, 
 Can we add 1k ohms or 10k ohms pull-up or pull-down resistor to CONV pin? Are there any problems to LTC2312-12 in that case?

Putting a pull-up or pull-down resistor on the CONV pin should not cause a problem as long as whatever is driving that pin can drive the additional load and still produce a clean low jitter transition on the rising edge.)
